About the food… Our original recipes date back 25 years and side items are made from quality scratch ingredients. We buy only top-quality product, and our meats are all slow smoked daily on Pecan wood. With many years of practice, we have found that Pecan wood produces a milder smoke flavor that our patrons really love.

You will all find our staff to be pleasant, friendly and helpful. It is our belief that folks eat where they feel welcomed and comfortable. This is our mission.
